Hi Robert, Welcome to our thread.I think its okay to buy RAIN now if you plan on holding it a couple years or more.I think also that once Disney opens in August and 2Q earning are reported (August 5th,I believe) you will not see this low of a price again. There are two possible downsides that I can think of.One,there is a limit to how many new restaurants they can put up each year without diluting their product with poorly trained staffs,shoddy workmanship etc.Two,they are still last I heard resolving a problem with the Patent and Trademark Office regarding the exclusivity of some of their retail products.Terry can tell you more about that. I don't know much about the Plaanet Hollywood in Orlando but I will try to find out.Hopefully someone else can answer you right away. By the way,how do you think Rainforest Cafes will be received in Europe?Will they play in Paris? Dennis
