WE HAVE OUR FIRST-IDE I agree on your comments. Here's some of my thoughts. The balance sheet wasn't as clean as ADG's to warrant a high premium-IMO. Higher bid maybe, but it was shopped around for awhile. I also give credit where credit is due, and yes, RIGHT ON! At least I picked the right one of your three for the portfolio.
