Hey Jim, I have a question for you: do you remember back at the time of the FIRE to MDIN thing, someone saying words to the effect of "all terms of the original agreement[ie between NPEC and FIRE] will be honored"? I can't recall whether it was a news release or a phone call or what, and I can't find it so far in my searching. Wouldn't really care except for the clause about all future deals keeping the same 80/20 split, and now Ralph saying (albeit sacondhand) that MDIN might not want to let NPEC in on some deals. Any help appreciated, and I'll keep looking. Geoff
