Very good question indeed. At this point VICL is about back to Jan 98, which, without looking at the context of biotech performance (on non-performance) this year, is puzzling. A lot of good news items, no bad. The only thing I can think of is either rumors of anticipated future development not happening (such as the malaria vaccine) or dissappointment in the rate of development and interpreting it as bad news comming. But I am somewhat at a loss also. I'm still at a small gain, and expect good results 1st half of next year with the January effect if a couple good news items come out. Scott
