That's quite an issue, given that it's their "insurance" that gives so much of the crap they certify a AAA rating!

In a just world, they would dissolve, but I fear MBI may get a "company specific, no moral hazard-intended" bailout because they insure so many munis. Not that banks couldn't take that over eventually.....they are certainly a reckless bunch who have done massive damage.
