donaldm, please make sure the kids wear safety goggles when bashing the disks. Plastic splinters can be sharp. Then ask the kids to give you the thin brown magnetic disks inside and cut those up with scissors.

PS: what are you going to use for mobile storage from now on?

PPS: alternately you could use the disks for tiling a wall in your computer room. :)
