OIL's movements are in large measure dependent on the OSX (oil related index) which has been doing very well. The OSX is riding a great up trend line...5 successively higher bottoms etc. bigcharts.com OIL is lagging the recovery a little but traditionally reacts a little slow. I'd like to se it pull over 12 7/8 on some volume. I have it on my screen...and am watching. Stan
