Nice to see the thread getting so busy, now that we have good press.

I'm still anxiously waiting for the shareholder proxy, which I feel will contain more shocks for the market. Filemaker? AMP? CopperPPC? CEO? Nothing but good news for the next six weeks, and I'm betting that we sail into the 30's easily.

When (not if?) we break 28, bondholders will convert to shares which increases the book value but dilutes the EPS. About 35 million new shares - does anyone know when the rules say this must be included in the "diluted eps" statements. If they must do it once the stock breaks $28 then we are definitely going to miss Q2 as analysts would not have calculated this into their base.
