Officials: Fugitive arrested on murder, assault charges tristateupdate.com excerpt: Authorities have arrested a fugitive from California accused of assaulting two people and killing one of them in Mercer County, West Virginia.West Virginia State Police in Princeton tell news outlets that officials arrested 42-year-old Orlando Davis on Saturday on charges of murder, malicious assault and robbery. Sgt. A.P. Christian says Davis attacked and robbed 54-year-old Randal Morgan on Friday at a store in Bluefield, West Virginia. Morgan did not regain consciousness and later died from his injuries. Christian says Davis also assaulted and robbed 18-year-old Waylon Neal at another store in Brushfork on Friday. Authorities say Davis is a leader of the Crips street gang in California. He was wanted in connection with federal firearms violations. It's unclear if Davis has an attorney.
