Rumsfeld Seeks Broad Review of Iraq Policy

This is not the first review Rummie has requested. He has a huge appetite for detail.
His style of military leadership is to be infinitely flexible in changing situations, and he prefers knowledge based vs situation based decisions.

Many are expecting the attacks to slow down after the election. I don't and if they don't...well therein lies the best recent chance for expanding the war. I believe Rummy is gathering information tilted to both to reduce our presence and to expand it.
