sounds like a floorless convertible, at least it says in this post it was at 101% of market price. I haven't looked into it any further.

The stock was about 9 at the time, is now at 1 3/8 or thereabouts. I think it took a month or so for it to fall most of the way. It's all over now, but it is a case that might be worth adding to your historical database of stocks, under "how to screw the shareholders with a convertible and make money for shorts".
