I have in the past seen delays with my broker which they usually blame on the transfer agent moving certificates or something. Since the stock's not trading at the moment, its not much of a problem. Last summer I watched a stock go right down the sewer after a split while this mythical transfer agent was moving certificates somewhere. I have a very cheap broker, and receive service in kind.(:->)
