These buy ratings were expected and are not very meaningful,
since they are from the firms that took Netp public. Nearly
all firms give 'buy' or 'strong buy' ratings to their own
IPO's. Wall Street knows this. A recent article I read on
investing in IPO's pointed this out, and suggested that
investors should watch for new coverage of an IPO from
a firm that DID NOT take part in bringing the IPO public.
That new coverage (if good) is much more meaningful, and
helps the stock. Netp has not had any of this more meaningful
new coverage, to my knowledge. I'm hoping for it (I own netp).

BTW, the article was in either SmartMoney or Bloomberg magazine,
in the last 2-3 months.
