The NDA submission had already been factored into the current price....it was no surprise, IPIC had said it would be submitted before year-end, and it was. It will be the FDA response that will be a factor in price movement, particularly in terms of scheduling an Advisory Committee hearing. I do not believe that the FDA will in any way 'punish' IPIC, I fully expect expedited approval. Those who believe that IPIC withheld information from the FDA will suggest otherwise, but my information is that IPIC sent everything to the FDA that should have been sent, and that the FDA knows this. There is nothing to punish IPIC for. The Redux issue continues to hang over everything Interneuron does, and until there is some clarification of the valvular damage/liability issues (which may take into April to occur), there will be a dampening effect on all upside moves. It is not that the market "presumes" damage from Redux, but the market truly does "fear" it, and it will take a considerable body of high quality data to assuage those fears. NeuroInvestment
