add, I was under the impression they did that in the 2/25 version as well. MyHoover server is down, so I cannot go back and look at today's filing. In any event, Such a change does not require refiling a registration statement that has been in essence effective since the first S-3 for the CC shares. I understand the refiling for a change from 2.3 MM in the 12/21 to 1.7 Mm shares in the 2/25, but the current (3/15) had the same number for CC, when I was able to look at it on Hoover. By the way, since you have access to the new S3-A, did you notice if the title is still for 4.535 MM shares as both the 12/21 and the 2/25 were?
