Please let me clarify some other points: the problem facing many investors is that they are prohibited from participating in international mining ventures by home country regulatory agencies. The small exceptions for offshore investments, such as Reg. S, often do not provide sufficient access to precious metal or natural resource exploration. That is, such people are are limited to what has been deemed satisfactory by the SEC, and everything else is off-limits.

Some people who travel abroad have provided themselves access to these ventures through associations with foreign corporations.

For anyone who thought this was "spam" I hope the matter is clearer.
