Investors Glad to know you are all aboard. Thought you might like to digest this over the weekend. The first thing mdtv must do is close above $4 for 10 or 15 days straight (I can not remember which), been done,then an application is filled with NASDAQ. I believe the reply period is between 21 and 90 days. After acceptance I am not sure how long it takes before the stock could be listed. Any input from board participants is more than welcome. The most significant benefit of NASDAQ listing is that it makes it tougher for MM's to manipulate a stock (although not impossible with deep enough pockets). I am pretty comfortable that the ones manipulating mdtv are not strong enough financially to control mdtv indefinitely. Good luck and the best is yet to come
