<I just saw something very scary. I was talking on the cell phone and working on the computer at the same time. I held the cell phone close to the monitor, and the screen started shaking violently. I did some more experiments and within 6 inches caused a very marked effect on the monitor's behavior.

It gave me a feeling for how much electromagnetic radiation was being emitted from the antenna. Of course, this only works while there is a call in progress.>

My phone doesn't seem to crate even minor disturbance on my monitor (Nokia 6xxx - GSM and Panasonic Panasync).

But, nonetheless I have always wondered what the long term impact of these cell phones is. And, your experience makes me wonder even more...
