Exactly. They want a continuation of maximum instability in the U.S., which they currently have with Muslim Soetoro. The Chinese government has made an international laughing stock out of him in the South China Sea, ISIS humiliates and owns him daily with terrorist attacks in the U.S. and abroad, the North Korean government made a mockery of him by referring to him as a "monkey" in a press release, and BREXIT totally destroyed whatever remained of his "credibility". Meanwhile, President Putin has hosted Snowden and his treasure trove of top secret goods for years, all of which came about due to the incompetence and negligence of Muslim Soetoro.

So, to recount just a few instances, the Chinese government, the Russian government, ISIS, the North Korean government, and the British people have all owned Muslim Soetoro like a lapdog. They would continue to do the same with the Hildebeest.
