Janice,

I was referring to the delay in the consumer modem shipments, which
have been scheduled all along to occur before the ISP shipments. I
assume that they would put these into the hands of the consumer as
soon as possible, regardless of ISP capability. I conclude that
their development effort has not proceeded according to schedule.
