Yeah, they both seem to be. Up, that is. My personal sense is that the dollar has had a rally in a bear market & shall continue to spiral lower. But I'm a Gold Bug & have been since Gold was in the 3 to 4 hundred dollar range. So I have some bias. Not to repeat myself overmuch, I've said here before that I think Brazil is a great place to put some money & I think that will do well for you. Good luck.
