"Vicious Monster" is only the entry criteria. He plays a game where his opening gambit is delivered by bombers or assassins, just as his opponents do. If it were otherwise, none of them would have played beyond the first round.

He was poking a stick in the eye of the West, but his intention was not to get laughs.
