This is what I'd do if I managed that company

Once I had FDA approval on new plant, I'd start full move from old plant to new plant... .Yep expensive....

I'd grab the last new machine and install it in the old plant, when other machines have moved out, and have it set up there. Later this year, i'd have to decide if I keep it there... depending on stability of new plant of course

hmmm, interesting.. How many machines does he have right now?? Is he training heavily? That's expensive to...

Anyway, I'd keep the old plant with a new machine until the last minute....
