<<I disagree with Lieberman about a lot of things. Endorsing John McCain is definitely one of them.

But I respect the fact that he doesn't let either the Democratic or Republican parties dictate his positions. I believe he is a man of principle.

I think we should applaud Lieberman for his independence, instead of criticizing or punishing him for "disloyalty." Whether I think he is wrong or right, I think he has put his country first. We should be so lucky with every member of Congress.>>
