This is probably less significant then you think. All processors have to run faster then their rated speed because of the needed Hot Electron Guardband. For a demo, you don't care about long term reliability, nor do you care if you jack up the Vcc a notch or 2 because it only has to run for a short time. Cherry picked units from an engineering skew lot would also add some zip but none of these things are in any way "manufacturable". They do make for nice demos though.
