Isn't this the reason why Obama is too afraid to actually go in and finish them off sooner? Because you can never really get rid of them or their brand of extremist ideology? Because if it's not them, someone else will fill the void?

Funny how liberals told us every single day that the war on terrorism could never be won. Now that Obama's in charge, he's "winning against ISIS."

Over the long weekend, a number of targets were hit by ISIS. Yeah, that's what "winning" looks like:
