I think 95% is a threshold that should be the lower limit. I'm in my mid 50s and generally I am 98+, the only time I see it go lower is when I feel stressed. But usually means increased resting heart rate to 100-110 which appears to push the levels down to 95% area.

I wish I had the meter in March 2020 as I think I had covid, for three weeks I could not take deep breaths without laboring.

I have had no medical issues in my life and used to race mtn bikes in my 20s and early 30s so I feel my heart is very strong. I am also 6'2" 200lbs, so tall and lanky, and traveled extensively for work around the world until 2007.

I also have never taken any medications except for very short times, for mild infections.

I do make my own Turmeric pills where I add in some other things like ginger, AMAL, black pepper, chaga, potato starch and silica.

Honestly I don't use the meter a lot, as my only real issue is my back, it likes to get out of alignment, but recent stretches like the pretzel stretch has helped a lot. I do have a Teeter inversion table that I don't use enough to keep the blood flowing to the cartilage to keep them healthy.

Ah the joys of getting old...
