I don't care, as long as they are adults and can freely contract- and there is no history of sexual abuse and exploitation. Why should I care? How common is this going to be? Not very, I think. I don't see the point in worrying about it. I'm sure there are a few brothers and sisters out there who are living together as married people- I am not worried about it.

Could be a medical reason for them not to breed, but I have read that risk is overstated. I just don't care a lot about this one.
