You know, I thought it peculiar how Hillary's email server has morphed from a "private server" to a "secret server" in recent wingnut terminology. I've been sort of scratching my head over this until I saw your graphic.

The server that the Bush administration used was an actual "secret server". No one, except for them and the RNC knew about it until it came out during the investigation into the firing of those US attorneys. Some of the emails called into evidence went to or from a email server that wasn't publicly known. When the server was requisitioned, there were a bunch of email that was "accidentally" lost. Sort of like what happened when AMD got a court order for Intel's email...
