9.99, 14.95, 19.95....... It's gotten to the point where commissions are a non-factor. We're talking 100ths of a percent per trade. I've always found good execution from Fidelity (they make market on tons of issues), and never a problem borrowing shares to short. But, as you said, there are many options. Now, quality of service and add-on services rule.
