No. Production of solar panels and electric cars pollute and emits CO2. Buying solar panels means producing pollution. The best way to save the environment is to buy overpriced, locally produced vegetables, so that you cannot afford to buy a car. One of the most environmentally friendly cars is to drive a WW2 jeep. Because it's old. CO2 reduction is not something you buy. It's something you don't buy.
