How about 8 cents per kWhr today.

With lower cost in a few years as the technology becomes more mature. And your source of energy doesn't increase in cost until your plant wears out. Hows that for "deflation"?. This is concentrated solar power with 16 hour heat storage from Ausra. I'm not a big fan of photovolatics today because of cost, but this doesn't have that problem.
