From Bloomberg tonight

EchoStar Communications Corp.(DISH) fell as much as 1 3/4 to 39 3/4
as the four major broadcast networks are seeking a preliminary injunction barring the No. 3 U.S. satellite television operator from transmitting television from their local affiliates.

Four networks? Does that mean Fox is also in the suit? Thought Fox agreed to DISH broadcasts as part of their deal.

DISH appears to have made a top for this move. Return to low 30's seems likely.
