My goodness !!

Just returned home to find one of my favorite 1999 stocks went south. I am disappointed and am faced with several options.

There are three choices as I see it now. First, one can hold fast and play the "wait and watch" game ( or simply stated- DO NOT PANIC). Second, one can price average down by purchasing cheaper stock at these levels (the theory is that if one likes it @$.75, then one loves it @ $.40); and third, one can simply sell out and take ones' losses ( psychologically this is difficult for most private investors).

Price averaging down is more risky than I prefer at this point and could be construed as "throwing good money after bad". Selling out this time of year would only help offset profits in another area and definitely is admitting defeat. Therefore, by process of elimination, I choose to wait and watch as we enter into the 1999 year.

Anyone out there care to offer another opinion ? If I am right, tell me why and if I am wrong please tell me why.

Warm Regards,

Chief
