It was fun to see him in action, though. I love his style, professorial or not. And I loved when he asked Karen Sweet(?) what happened to her arm and the response. Charming. And the dog question. IMO, this was more about the intangibles: letting us know how quickly he was working, how he was working, what he was doing, and reassuring us that he will keep the country "in the loop".
