jmt, Most of us are used to Deswell's volatility. THis definitely isn't the first time it's happened. Been a roller coaster ride for the last 18 months, but not once has a downturn been related to company activities. The price has been going down and down while the earnings go up and up. Go figure. Good luck on finding a US company that's a better buy. Ron
