Paul, HELPPPPP!

I'm having problems getting RT to work after it blewup, ie GPF looking screen from the win3.1 days. Now when I start it, gives me the "welcome" then get the close ignore statement. Tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Even went into regedit and deleted anything to do with "rttrader"
