Michael, Jefferson knew what he was talking about even though he didn't wasn't acquainted with the SEC specifically. One nice thing this morning is that the daily dip is bringing the bid to a higher level than previous days (.375 vs <.25). Unfortunately, this doesn't mean much until the volume picks up. But it could be a good sign if the volume would just pick up to say >30,000 shares.
