EGNS (Egan Systems)-Founder/President Dies.

"Egan Systems is sad to announce that the founder and President of
the company, Edward J. Egan, died September 26 after a brief battle
with cancer. For us at Egan Systems, and for many of you, our
customers, Ed's death represents the loss of a good friend as well as
a valued business associate.
