What's Eating EMC? forbes.com I found this very interesting. The parts I don't like are the ones with customers saying that they've been EMC customers for years and finally switched. Making it sounds like EMC is falling off a cliff, ect.. Every time Aol raise prices or had busy signal problems, I heard how people were leaving in masses. Hearing the same thing about eBay right now. Anyway, all very interesting stuff..just goes to show that reading Innovators Dilemma and practicing what is preaches is two totally different things.. although the drop in revenues and gross margins does indicate that something is happening.
