For all it's worth---You're right.
I like it when Dr. J states that, "Wall Street just doesn't get it." I wonder if he has said that more than the clinton's have said "I don't know".
"I simply can't believe that the best investment decision at this point, in light of the enormous declines, and a fundamentally sound economy, and such ready and easy explanations as to why the current slowdown occurred, is to sell a company like QCOM at 53 and hide the money under the mattress."
It does make one wonder when the "investors" will come around again. Or maybe they never left? Since we have come to a point where people wanted things in the first place...(No balloon, interest rate hikes to curb no inflation, etc...), Maybe now we can see the desired "slow, steady, rational growth so many desire. Are they listening? Better yet, are they buying now? I really doubt it.
If anything, now inflation is a threat. Companies are under pressure for profits, and with a shrinking sales...nahh. That would never happen.
Who will buy? When will they begin to buy? I don't know. All I know is what I'd like to do. : )
