I accorded your wow equal standing to mine in my response and deflected your implication that there was some relationship between them. That should have disabused you of your notion of "opposite reasons."

Well, my "wow" will be eternally grateful to your "wow" now. Certainly for the highly honorable honor of "equal standing." I'm blushing. ;-)

My opposite reasons comment was that I thought you thought that I thought dental and eye care should be given to the poor via Medicaid and you thought it should not be so done. Another ;-)

And I was on the way out the door for a Saturday lunch at a favorite Chinese place and a tour of Barnes and Nobles and didn't want to discuss such.

I'm back but not terribly interested in a thorough discussion. Just that your thought about my thoughts are correct. I do approve of Medicaid for eye care and dental care. For a variety of reasons.

And would still like to see a single payer system for the US (Medicare for everyone) with a high floor, including coverage for dental and eye care.
