I dunno about that! You say educate all Americans who can qualify.....on American tests? What about an Indian, Korean or Chinese kid who can pass the American college tests hands down, isn't asking for a handout and can run circles around his American counterpart? Shouldn't he have a seat next to George Bush in the Ivy covered halls of Yale? Where all classes are English only?
