I don't think the Clintons' religion has ever been genuine and I would prefer they both avoid the subject. Unless a politician is ready to discuss his/her beliefs on the subject in depth, saying things like "I am a praying person" is meaningless ... to whom does she pray, why does she pray, what is the nature of her prayer and why does she believe there is any value in praying?
