I am not buying IPT for awhile:
I just read this from pescod on IPT

We are fans of management and we admire
some of the projects and developments they have put together
in Mexico. Having said that, they did a financing four
months ago that suddenly comes tradable in the first week of May.
At that time, people who paid $0.40 a share in a private placement
suddenly have a chance to sell the stock. And do you think they
are going to care whether they get to sell it at $2.00 or $1.60, or for
that matter, $1.50? It could be a lot lower.
Even sweeter for those taking down the private placement were
warrants that are exercisable at $0.50. It’s party time! In other
words, suddenly that stock is going to hit a rough spot, not
through any bad developments with the company, it’s just that
those who took a risk four months ago, are suddenly going to get
the reward and there could suddenly be a lot of stock hitting the
market.

Impact Silver actually just closed yet another financing that in
four months will be tradable at $1.10. Once again, same idea. But
it’s not just Impact—it’s a whole whack of companies out there
that have done financings, many of which come tradable shortly.
Now imagine what could happen if that happens to the company
you own shares in at the same time that we might be experiencing
a market correction!>
