Over the holidays I went through all my father in law's business magazines. I found in the November issue of Kiplinger's some favorable comments about VICL. It caught my eye because I have small positions in Ariad (even smaller after today) and Targeted Genetics. Anyway, I have to go through this thread and the yahoo thread and do a little catch up work on this one...but if anybody can give me a quick answer I'd appreciated it: Does Vical have any proprietary methods for generating AAV, and why is it so hard to make quantities of the virus? Thank you for any thoughts you folks might have. --Mike
