Hi HR, the mystery question is: If you owned the convertible shares and knew no deal was imminent, and you knew that within a few weeks that RNTK's stock price would collapse after missing yet another "deadline", why convert now ? Why not wait until RNTK gets dumped to 1/2 and then convert ? I don't buy that "over $1 clause in the 10-Q". There must be another reason which makes financial sense.

Something else to consider: Not only are large block sells happening (presumably conversion) there are also many large block buys occurring too. If not for the buys, RNTK would be trading significantly lower, since it takes about 100,000 shares to bring it down 1/32.

My wishful thinking is that the prefered holders are not only converting to cover their short positions, they are also buying and going long.

Anyone with Level 2 care to comment on the source of the block buys ?

Regards,
Chris
