New to the CHTD thread. I'm a long time WAXS holder. Today on the Yahoo thread I found the following which brought me here. I can't find my 1997 annual report to confirm the following about Raville: CHTD is run by Raville who sits on the Board of WAXS. He sold ATC to WCOM in 1992 for $550,000,000 in 1992. Raville sold some of his WAXS shares in March and bought 4.5 million shares of CHTD. Yahoo "insider Trades" biz.yahoo.com shows that Raville acquired 3,4 million shares. Can someone confirm that Raville is indeed on the Board of WAXS. Would help me greatly in my decision to invest in CHTD. If this is true, are there any opinions on whether CHTD may be a good acquisition for WAXS or possibly WCOM, since WCOM now owns a sizeable stake in WAXS. Just trying to possibly make a connection which may lead to something interesting down the road. I'm always on the look-out for possible take-overs. Also would like to know when CHTD plans to release their next financials. Thanks in advance. TWICK. $^)
