What would you like to know about the cooker? I will do my best to find out. I met the inventor of it last St Pat's day. He had 2 sizes, both electric, One very large. These were prototypes. We used the large one inside a very tiny kitchen of a bar without any type of exhaust. The small one was about the size of a backyard gas grill.
