Clancy Announces New Contracts and 3rd Quarter Results DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2000--The Company announces it has entered into a contract with the city of Bolingbrook, Illinois. The Company will provide a full ticket issuance and processing system. It is anticipated that the system will be fully installed and operational by September 30, 2000. This contract increases Clancy's presence in the area as the Company provides systems to other cities/villages in the immediate area. A system was put into service at the Cherry Creek Corporate Center in Glendale, Colorado, on August 11, 2000. This campus covers two very large facilities and will help manage permit parking for 2500 vehicles on a daily basis. The Company reports third quarter net income at an increase of 200% over the prior year's quarter.
